Orange Juice: Pulp or no pulp?

We all know the benefits of orange juice: great for iron, vitamin C, potassium! But unfortunately commercial juicing isn't what it's all cracked up to be.
Have you ever eaten more than two oranges? You'll notice that almost no two oranges are the same. Now lets take that on a much grander scale...how is it that big brand name orange juice companies are able to keep a very consistent color and flavor for every single bottle? Flavor packs.
When a company makes orange juice, the first thing they do is remove all the oxygen out of it. By doing that you're killing all the nutritional properties the fruit has to offer. They add flavor packs to all the batches to keep a consistent flavor, add A LOT of sugar, water and viala`...orange juice.
By making fresh juice, there is no corporate taint or tampering with the product. You get the purest version of the fruit in liquid form. Plus it tastes a lot better too!
