Hi Addam, thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.

I don’t think I ever did. A lot of my success was driven by my insecurities. It was reflected in my work that I was trying harder, and did not take anything for granted. If I felt insecure or nervous about something, it showed that my feelings were real and genuine…and people see that. People can spot a phony!

Selling average products to people not the business we are in. The look on a child’s face when they see a chocolate fountain, that instantaneous laughter you get when a silly photo was taken in the booth or even the notion of making your event extra special...are not average feelings. Plowing Ahead

I know this year was tough for so many, and this year brought some challenges for us as well. But, 2020 brought so much good, too. We've successfully pivoted our business and started offering outdoor movie night packages, which became an instant hit. We were also able to spend a lot of quality time with family, that we wouldn’t have normally had. There were other good things too, but my point is that there are always silver linings to be had. We hope you are able to see your 2020 silver linings. Support small businesses and order from your local restaurants as much as you can. Thank your healthcare heroes and first responders. Wishing you all a blessed and healthy 2021!
