Our signature gourmet hot chocolate or cider station with sophisticated flavors and Instagram-worthy toppings, elevates any winter wedding or special event!

Our cocoa and cider are served from large 5 gallon containers/urns. Each 5-gallon container/urn serves approximately 70 beverages.

Our attendants will come to your location to set up our gourmet hot cocoa station for your party or event! We are committed to the highest quality of customer service, and pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail, passion, and the outstanding quality of our specialty beverages. The best thing about a hot chocolate bar is, that you can customize your cocoa with treats, flavors, and sprinkles. It’s entirely up to you what you put in your hot chocolate or cider. 

 

Please note, we love hot drinks but we aim to serve our drinks at "drinkable" temps! And all drink station packages include an attendant to serve your drinks so you can enjoy your event! We Deliver!

  • We've got you covered! All Bergen County rentals include free delivery, set-up and pick-up. Additional charges may apply to rentals outside of Bergen County, New Jersey. Outside of our delivery radius? Convenient pick-up is available at our location. No delivery fees apply.
  • We accept cash, personal & cashier's checks, and all major credit cards. We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your rental. All deposits must be received within 4 business days prior to your scheduled event or your rental may be subjected to cancellation by Conrad's Concessions. 
  • Cancellation Policy: 50% non-refundable rental fee is incurred.
  • Postponement Policy: We require at least 36 hours notice prior to postponing an event otherwise a 50% non-refundable rental fee is incurred. If given proper notice, there is no fee – your new rental date is subjected to availability.
