I know this year was tough for so many, and this year brought some challenges for us as well. But, 2020 brought so much good, too. We've successfully pivoted our business and started offering outdoor movie night packages, which became an instant hit. We were also able to spend a lot of quality time with family, that we wouldn’t have normally had. There were other good things too, but my point is that there are always silver linings to be had. We hope you are able to see your 2020 silver linings. Support small businesses and order from your local restaurants as much as you can. Thank your healthcare heroes and first responders. We have always prided ourselves on treating our customers like family rather than a number. That’s just how we roll. Since the pandemic, we at Conrad’s Concessions Events have gone through a transformation from servicing large groups of people at public venues to smaller more intimate events...and that's ok. While as a whole on the events industry this may seem scarring, in actuality is an opportunity. A chance for small companies to pivot and reevaluate to adapt to the changing times. As a result, we’ve received a ton of positive feedback from our outdoor movie nights and DIY chocolate/ice cream kits – all designed to elevate the comfort level for the client during the current health concern. We continue to serve our clients to the best of our ability and remain optimistic that 2021 will yield more smiles than frowns.
It’s such a thrill to see kids and adults making the best of this health crisis. We’re honored that we are able to help facilitate people’s bleak sentiment into a hopeful one. Every since our roll out of our Outdoor Cinema and Drive-In Experience, we've received a ton of positive feedback! Family’s can now safely celebrate their kid's graduation or birthday by having friends and family over to enjoy an outdoor movie.
...yet! As global and domestic COVID-19 cases slow and states gradually start to ease restrictions, it seems that there's a glimmer of light at the end of this very long tunnel. For those who have kept their sanity at home by way of our Chocolate-Lovers and Create Your Own Sunday Kits - we thank you! Packages start at $30 and include FREE contactless delivery in Bergen County (delivery charges may apply for delivery outside of Bergen County). But every journey begins with a step. We know that our clients aren't going to nose-dive back into large gatherings. We've had postponements and very few cancellations. This indicates to us that people still want to party...safely. That being said, we are offering the following to help get out clients back up to gain a sense of normalcy in their social lives: If you call us now until the end of May, you will receive 15% off your rental order (does not apply to existing orders or current promotions). Additionally, we will waive any cancellation fee for 30 days after booking. This will give you peace of mind knowing that you can securely book your event date without any obligation.
